The mission of Convención’s Latina Ministries is to encourage, educate, and empower Latina women and teens in Hispanic Baptist churches in Texas so they can grow in their walk with the Lord, give of themselves to build the Kingdom of God, and go into the world and share the message of Jesus Christ.

We also participate in the new upcoming Young Latino Leadership Development Initiative to engage, activate and immerse emerging young leaders by providing a personal and professional leadership development experience that is both culturally-unique and relevant to their Hispanic Baptist culture and calling.
