Ministry Exclusively for Wives of Lead Pastors in Convention Churches
Together, Faithful and Healthy
Pastors’ wives face unique challenges in their ministry calling. Between cultural expectations, church dynamics, and family responsibilities, many may feel isolated or overwhelmed. Conexión Esposas is a special initiative designed exclusively for the wife of the lead pastor. This program is dedicated to providing support and strengthening the bonds among Hispanic Baptist pastors' wives, offering a safe space where they can share, learn, and encourage one another in their journey.
Through regional gatherings and an annual statewide retreat, we come together to address the challenges of ministry, including:
• Facing challenges with God’s Word
• Balancing ministry and family
• Overcoming loneliness and isolation
• Preventing burnout and emotional burdens
We believe no pastor’s wife should face the struggles of ministry alone. In community, we find strength, encouragement, and guidance in God’s Word.
